Acquiring additional and new knowledge and skills of employees.

Pirinstroyengineering EAD is a specialized company in the sphere of construction, has many completed infrastructure projects, residential and public buildings. The widening market penetration of this market and the need to stimulate workers to high and quality results in the work process has led to the company's basic need at the moment, namely to improve the professional skills and knowledge of employees. Satisfying this need is one of the main goals of the project proposal. Through the implementation of the activities envisaged under the project: 1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training and digital competence; 2. Choosing a training organization; 3. Conducting training in the profession "Stroitel", COD 582030, specialty "External cladding and flooring", COD 5820307 It will be possible to achieve the overall objective of the project. The expected results from its implementation are increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness. The target group to be included in the project is 70 employees in the candidate company, with at least 50% of them meeting at least one of the requirements: not to have higher than average education and / or to be old over 54 years old. During the implementation of the project and its activities, Pirinstroyengineering EAD will use the experience gained over the years in the implementation of such activities and will monitor the strict observance of the horizontal principles of the OP HRD - equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development .
