Qualification improvement of Baldaran spring JSC's employees

The project for improving the quality, flexibility and productivity of the jobs in "Baldaran Springs" AD is aimed at increasing the qualification and skills improvement of 94 employees in the enterprise. As a result of the knowledge updating and acquired competencies validation of the workers we expect to achieve flexibility and sustainable improvement of the work quality. The current project gives access to high quality training for our staff engaged in a program priority sector, which will reflect to better career development opportunities, retain employment of vulnerable groups on the labor market, increase productivity and work safety, and finally - to improve life quality. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons in the following professions: 1.1. 541050 Worker in the Food and Beverages Industry, 5410501 Food and Beverages Industry - I PCL - 4 persons at 600 BGN = 2 400 BGN 1.2. 541020 Operator in the Food and Beverages Industry, 5410205 Production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - II PCL - 25 persons at 1200 BGN = 30 500 BGN. 1.3. 341040 Commercial Representative, 3410401 Wholesale and retail trade - ІІІ PCL - 37 persons at 1800 BGN = 66 600 BGN. 1.4. 525010 Technician in transport equipment, 5250101 Autotransport equipment - ІІІ PCL - 14 persons at 1800 BGN = 25 200 BGN. 2. Providing Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages": English language training - 94 people at 700 BGN = 65 800 BGN. According to the program requirements, the necessary organization and management will be carried out. The necessary actions for visualization and publicity will be carried out too. Investment size: BGN 190,000.00 10% of the indirectly accrued costs: BGN 19,000.00 TOTAL INVESTMENT SIZE: BGN 209,000.00 Deadline: 15 months
