Increasing the qualification of the employees in Roy Stroy LTD in order to meet the dynamic changes in the labor market.

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms aimed at enhancing the ability of employees in Roy Stroy LTD to develop adequate labor market behavior related to the rapid changes that result from globalization, current business needs, technological changes, aging of the population and others. The project aims to provide training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The trainings are fully in line with the employer's need, the company's business and the current needs of the business sector in the construction sector. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting the employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training to increase the professional qualification and acquiring the profession "Road Builder"; -Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in foreign languages"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities are to involve in trainings and provide equal opportunities to the representatives of the project target group - 10 persons employed. The activities envisaged are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal - increasing the ability of the employed to meet the coming changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and its competitiveness. The following activities will be achieved through the implementation of the activities: - increased adequacy and job skills; - increased productivity of labor; - created conditions for quality jobs and sustainable employment
