Training for employees in People agency Ltd.

The project is aimed at providing training for the improvement of professional qualification and key competencies of employees in People agency Ltd.The management of the company is constantly striving to increase the knowledge and skills of its employees to create sustainable employment and to offer ever-Quality jobs. People agency does not cease to develop, aiming at expanding, improving and improving its activities related to the provision of barber hairdressing and cosmetic services their administration and management and the need for qualified and trained personnel in this field are of exceptional The project will enable the persons employed in People agency to acquire professional qualification and competencies for the implementation of activities, which are in need of the company. The target group is 15 employees in the company, working on an employment basis with 50% of the target group being in the specific category: a lower education level than ISCED 4-8. The following activities are planned: Activity1:Providing vocational training for acquiring professional qualification of employees from the target group-the result is the acquisition of a third degree of professional qualification for 4 employees; Activity2:Learning to acquire key competencies of employees from the target group according to the European Qualifications Framework for Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - the result is the acquisition of knowledge and skills in English for 15 employees. Activity3:Organization and management of the project, with the result ensuring effective organization of project implementation; Activity4:Information and publicity resulting in information and publicity measures in accordance with the requirements for implementing the information and communication rules 2014-2020. As a result of the implementation of the project activities the skills of the target group will be improved according to the actual needs of the enterprise.
