Enhancement of professional knowledge and scholarship at N G Bakery Ltd.

The "Enhancement of Vocational Knowledge and Practice" project in "NG bakery" Ltd. "has as its main purpose" To provide the opportunity for the employees of "NG bakery" Ltd to increase their professional qualification and knowledge of foreign language ". Specific Objectives are: 1. 28 employees in "NG bakery" Ltd. to form new knowledge and skills to increase their professional qualification in a perspective area for professional realization, such as confectionery. 2. Ensure the ability to form key competencies for communication in a foreign language to a total of 34 per. employed by "NG bakery" Ltd. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Acquiring the professional qualification of the employees of "NG bakery" Ltd; 2. Conducting training on key competency "Foreign language" of the employees in "NG bakery" Ltd. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) One of the leading companies in the production of cakes and sweets in Blagoevgrad will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) A total of 34 p. employed (of which at least 50% of them with average) occupying different positions will acquire 2nd and 3rd qualification degree in the following professions: -3 p. from the position of Sweet, Assistant Sweet and 5 General Worker in the Workshop, 1 Waiter, 1 Packer, 2 Pastry Maker Master are expected to undergo training for acquiring the profession "Restaurateur" (c.811060) -6 p.from the posit. Seller, 1 Manager, 1 cashier; 1 dispatcher and 1 driver will undergo training for acquiring the profession "Seller-consultant" (c. 341020); -34 p.from the posit. will undergo training on key competency -foreign language. 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of the confectionery business.
