"Address Real Estate" AD is a leader in the service of buying, selling and letting real estate. We achieve the high quality of our service by investing in enhancing employee qualifications and improving working conditions at work. One of the company's main goals is to develop human capital in order to ensure higher employment, income and social integration so that we can maintain our capacity. As an employer, the company has always focused on supporting its staff, creating new opportunities for realization and sustaining their economic and social status. The current project contributes to creating conditions for improving the professional qualification of the employed persons. The focus is on training for people over 54 and people with lower education. The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the OP "Human Resources Development" - to improve the quality of life of the people in the country by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, access to quality education, lifelong learning Enhancement of social inclusion The project envisages the following activities: Activity 1: Providing vocational training for the acquisition of professional qualification. Activity 2: Providing training on key key competences. During the implementation of the activities, a project management team will be set up and measures for visualization and publicity will be undertaken, and the implementation of these activities will ensure the upgrading of the professional qualification for 120 representatives of vulnerable social groups.
