The project "Business development needs training!" Has as its main objective "To provide opportunities for the employees of" Magi IV "Ltd. to increase their professional qualification and skills in the field of restaurant services. The following specific objectives are formulated to achieve the overall objective: 1. To provide the opportunity for the formation of new knowledge and skills and the acquisition of a professional qualification of a total of 87 employees in a promising area of ​​professional realization, such as restaurant services. 2. To provide the opportunity for the formation of key competences for communication in a foreign language to a total of 87 persons employed by Magi IV EOOD. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting training for acquiring professional qualification of the employees in the company. 2. Conduct training on key foreign language competence of the company's employees. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) the company from Sofia will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) A total of 87 persons employed (of which at least 50% of them with secondary and / or lower education) in the company occupying different positions will acquire the 3rd qualification degree in the following profession "Restaurants" (code 811060) In the production and service in the catering and entertainment establishments (code 8110602). - 87 employees will undergo key competency training. 3) As a result of the implementation of activities under the project will provide sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of employees in the labor market, meeting the needs of businesses in the area of ​​the restaurant.
