Upgrading the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees in Elitex LTD and Ikotex LTD

The realization of this project will help in "Elitex" EOOD and "Icotex" Ltd. to satisfy the need to improve the qualification of the employed persons. The overall objective of the project is to increase labor productivity and the adequacy of the skills of the employees in both organizations, as well as to create conditions for sustainable employment through inclusion in training relevant for the respective position. The project target group includes 189 employees from the two companies / 173 from Elitex EOOD, and 16 from Icotex OOD. Employed persons will have a secondary education and persons over 54 with an appropriate entry level for the profession. The main activities of the project are related to organizing and conducting trainings in the two companies: 1. Elitex Ltd - Candidate Professional qualification: Specialty "Design, modeling and technology of textile apparel" - third qualification degree - 12 Persons Key Competence 4 - Digital Competence - 173 Persons 2. Icotex Ltd. - Partner Professional qualification: Specialty "Design, modeling and technology of textile apparel" - third qualification degree - 4 pcs. Persons Professional Qualification: Specialty "Knitter on a Knitting Machine" - first qualification degree - 12 pcs. Persons Key Competence 4 - Digital Competence - 16 Persons The expected results are: - 28 persons training in vocational qualification and 189 with acquired level of competence in digital competence; - increased motivation to work; - improved competitive positions; - increased economic performance of organizations in the region and the country.
