"Trainings for employees in "AQ ELECTRIC" AD"

„AQ ELECTRIC“ AD is a Joint-Stock Company, specialized in the designing and manufacturing of electrical switchboards for control and management of machines and equipment, distribution systems kits for low, medium and high voltage, intended for the production and distribution of electricity and is an employer of 600 employees. The overall Project objective is to "Increase the capacity of people employed at "AQ ELECTRIC" AD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result from the structural factors by providing trainings leading to increasing adequacy of their skills in accordance with the current business needs, increasing labor productivity and creating conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs." In the context of the overall objective, the following eligible activities are planned for implementation: Activity 1: To provide vocational training in order to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons - as a result, a total of 136 employees are planned to undergo vocational training to acquire a vocational qualification as part of the profession of Welder, Electrician and Machine Operator. Activity 2: Training to acquire Key Competencies of employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" - as a result, a total of 74 employees are planned to undergo training to work with spreadsheet programs and to work with specialized software. The Project will also cover the implementation of: Activity 3: Project organization and management, as a result the effective organization of the Project implementation will be ensured; Action 4: Information and communication activities - as a result, information and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for implementing the information and communication rules for 2014-2020.
