"Trainings for employees in "AQ PLASTRONIC" AD"

„AK PLASTRONIC“ AD is a Joint-Stock Company, specialized in the scientific, technical and manufacturing activities, having a production experience in the field of electrical installation and is an employer of 106 people. The common goal of the Project is to “Enhance the capacity of people employed at "AK PLASTRONIC" AD in order to meet the rapid changes in the labour market as a result of structural factors, through the provision of trainings in order to improve their skills and adequacy in meeting the actual business needs, to increase their labour productivity, to create conditions for sustainable employment and to occupy more qualified workplaces”. In order to achieve the common goal, the following eligible activities are planned for implementation: Activity 1: To provide a vocational training in order to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employees - as a result, a total of 40 employees are planned to undergo a vocational training to acquire a professional qualification as part of the profession of 2nd professional qualification level -Profession "Mechanic of electronic equipment", Code 523040, Speciality "Industrial Electronics", Code 5230401. Activity 2: Employees’ training to acquire Key Competencies under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 2 "Communicating in foreign languages" - as a result, a total of 8 employees are planned to undergo anEnglish language training. The Project will also cover the implementation of: Activity 3: Project organization and management -as a result the effective organization of Project implementation will be ensured; Activity 4: Information and communication activities - as a result, information and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for implementing the 2014-2020 Information and Communication policies.
