Training and staffing to increase knowledge and skills.

The project proposal is based on business needs in evolving and changing working environment periods. The tendency is to improve employees, motivate them and stimulate them to do quality work. Employees need to understand and maximize the goal and mission of each work process and its outcomes. To do this, it is necessary to periodically conduct training that is practical and theoretical and to give new knowledge and skills to every employee. The foundation of each job is qualified staff to do it. The individuality and specificity of each work process is a foundation that builds on the necessary knowledge. The ability to engage employees in vocational training is a good help for every valued and valued employer employee. In this way, the main goal of the project will be achieved - to increase labor productivity and create more sustainable employment through the creation of better jobs in LAMCOR-2 Ltd. by increasing the qualification and skills of the employees in accordance with the current Needs of the company. The activities included in the project proposal are logically linked and consistently implemented. The first step should be to analyze and select hired staff by identifying training needs such as upgrading, retraining or validating their knowledge. Then, select a training organization to conduct the training. Within the framework of the project, 70 employees will be organized and trained in the main activity under the profession "Operator in Woodworking", COD 543020, specialty "Furniture Manufacturing", COD 5430201, as this is set in the third activity. The expected results from the implementation of the project are increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness.
