Training and developing in CEZ

Any support for employers under the BG05M9OP001-1.021 for an Employee Training Procedure enhancing the abilities of employees to face the labour market changes, in result of globalization, technological changes and population aging, will contribute to solving problems with sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in the project "Training and developing in CEZ", support the objectives set in the Procedure, namely: 1. Providing training for acquiring professional qualification for part of the professions: - second qualification degree in Marketing studies with code 3420201, "Marketing Assistant" code 342020 from the professional field 342 "Marketing and advertising" to 30 employees on the labor contract CEZ Bulgaria EAD - first qualification degree in "Welding" with code 5210901, Profession 521090 "Welder", from the professional field 521 "Machine building, metalworking and metallurgy" to 100 employees on the labor contract CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD - third qualification degree in "Electroenergy" with code 5220102, Profession 522010 "Electrician", professional field 522 "Electrical engineering and power engineering" to 24 employees on the labor contract CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD 2. Provide training for key competences under the European Qualifications Framework: for Key Competence 2 "Foreign Languages" and Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" under the European Qualifications Framework for 250 CEZ Bulgaria EAD and CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD labour contract employees. 3.
