The management of Ata-spa Ltd. understands that the success of their business depends on the people who work in this company and represent it on the market. In order to be able to use time, financial, administrative and human resources rationally, special knowledge, understanding of the tasks and training of the employees are necessary. The main activity of the company is "Hotels and similar accommodation" related to a tourist product, which is a complex of tourist services (hotel, recreational, tour guide, cartoons, etc.), provided to the tourist. The current project aims to increase the ability of the employees in the company (which does not fall within the priority sectors according to the procedural procedures), to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of dynamic technological development, globalization, aging, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the OP HRD objectives to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected outcome of the training courses is for employees to acquire all the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their daily tasks, build trust between leadership and employees, and motivate them to develop. The actions through which the target will be achieved are: 1. Providing vocational training for acquiring or improving the professional qualification of employed persons - profession "Hotelier" and profession "Restaurant"; 2. Learning to acquire key competencies in "Language Communication". The total number of employees to be trained is 45. For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
