Training of employees in Ariel 2015 Ltd.

Ariel 2015 Ltd has been registered in 2015 in Septemvri city, region Pazardjik. The company activity is production, packaging and distribution of bread and bakery products as a subcontractor for another brand. In the company are working disadvantaged people on the labor market. Since its beginning, Ariel 2015 applies a socially responsible policy by attracting, recruiting and retaining employees from all social groups and with different needs. The mission that management has set is to work towards improving quality on the workplaces, active social inclusion in the labor process and professional integration. Qualitative initial and follow-up trainings are provided as well as mentor in the first months of employment. The management of Ariel 2015 Ltd has achieved significant results in creating equal conditions of work and social status of the persons employed in the production process through their rapid adaptation, acquisition of professional skills, actively stimulating their personal and social development by different forms of training. As a natural continuation of this policy comes engagement of the employees from the different units of the enterprise in vocational trainings and trainings to acquire key competences. The realization of this project proposal provides an excellent opportunity for subsidized training of total of 191 employees of the company, 97% of whom have a low level of education. The accomplishment of the project will contribute to the sustainable employment of the employees in Ariel 2015 Ltd. by enhancing their knowledge and skills with real commitment and professional integration, will increase their ability to meet the rapid changes in the labor market such as technological change and globalization and will ensure equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups, which is in line with the objectives of the procedure.
