Sotis 2015 Ltd. has been registered in 2015 . The company activity is production, packaging and distribution of bread and bakery products as a subcontractor for another brand. In the company are working persons under the age of 29 - disadvantaged in the labor market and with low education, without professional experience and qualification. Since its beginning, Sotis 2015 Ltd. hold responsible policy for equal access to employment by attracting, recruiting and retaining staff from vulnerable social groups. The Company's management main goal is to work in direction of improving the quality on the workplaces for the employees, their active social inclusion in the labor process and professional integration. All employees are provided with qualitative initial training and mentor during the first months of employment. The management of Sotis 2015 Ltd. has achieved significant results in creating equal conditions of work and social status of the persons employed in the production process through their rapid adaptation, acquisition of professional skills, actively stimulating their personal and social development by different forms of training. The realization of this project proposal provides an excellent opportunity for subsidized qualified training of all employees as a natural continuation of the Company's management policy for inclusion of employees in vocational trainings for acquisition of a profession. The accomplishment of the project will contribute for sustainable employment of the employees in Sotis 2015 Ltd. by enhancing their knowledge and skills with real commitment and professional integration, will increase their ability to meet the rapid changes in the labor market such as technological change and globalization and will ensure equal access to lifelong learning for all employed in the production, which is in line with the objectives of the procedure.
