PolyPress realizes that people are the most valuable resource whose needs to be constantly developed and motivated. It will be advantageous if employees in the community can easily communicate in the language of their partners and clients, as well as to increase their ability and adaptability in order to meet the rapidly changing ec.changes in the business climate and the personnel requirements. The company wishes to provide 24 employees with the opportunity to learn and acquire knowledge and skills, then endorse them in the In the process of work. For 24 employees will be organized a course for prof. qualification - 2 types of trainings for the following professions - polygraphist - 20p. and graphic designer 4 p. For 20 employees will be organized a course for acquiring key competencies - for 10 p. of them will be Key Training comp.2 "Communication in foreign languages" - English language and 10 will be trained on key competence 4 "Digital Competence" - Work with computers and peripherals. The project includes the following activities: 1)Providing vocational training for acquiring or increasing professional qualification of employed people; and 2)Training for acquiring the key competencies of Key Employee Comp.2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" and Key Comp.4 "Digital Competence". The necessary budget for the direct costs of the project is BGN 52700. The non-refundable costs are BGN5270. The total amount of the project is: 57970 BGN. Duration of project implementation: 20m.
