Increasing the qualification skills of the employees of Universal - G Ltd

The management of Universal-G Ltd understands that the success of their business depends on the people who work in this company and represent it on the market. In order to use rational time, financial, administrative and human resources, special knowledge, task understanding and employee training are needed. The company has many years of experience in the construction sector and is a leader in the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Vidin and district. The company has established its name as a fair partner, but also as a loyal employer, striving to improve the quality and working conditions of it's employees. Although the company does not fall within the priority sectors set out in the Applicant's Terms, this project aims to increase the ability of the employees of Universal-G Ltd, which are a major and important resource, to meet the rapid changes in the labor market Of dynamic technological development, globalization, aging, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the OP HRD objectives to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected outcome of the training courses is for employees to acquire all the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their daily tasks, build trust between leadership and employees, and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for 26 permanent employees: - training to acquire professional qualifications - Learning to acquire digital competence. For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
