Investing in human capital.

This project proposal consists of activities that will lead to the achievement of the pre-set goals, namely investments in enhancing the knowledge and skills of the employees through investment in personnel development. With its realization an established employer in the face of BETA - 12 - IVANOVI Ltd. will create sustainable jobs. At the same time, the tendency is increasingly difficult to find workers who have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform certain labor tasks that are of paramount importance for their work. The company needs trained staff and we believe that by including in the training provided we will enable the persons to acquire the necessary professional knowledge and skills, which is the goal of the project. They will then be able to develop their professional potential. The people will acquire knowledge, skills and practical experience with which they will permanently find their way into the labor market. In turn, we will receive free development support by investing in the company's human resources to help and guarantee its competitiveness. The target group to be included in the project is 50 employees in the candidate company, with at least 50% of them meeting at least one of the requirements: not to have higher than average education and / or to be of an age over 54 years. The following activities are envisaged during the implementation of the project: 1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training; 2. Choosing a training organization; 3. Conducting training for professional qualification by profession "Assistant in Business Services", COD 345040, subject "Business Services", COD 3450401. The expected results are to increase the knowledge and skills of the employees and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness.
