The overall objective of the project "Increasing the professional qualification and key competencies of the employees in Ingiliz Group LTD" is to increase labor productivity and to create conditions for sustainable employment and development of the personnel employed by Ingiliz Group LTD by conducting training courses Competencies and professional qualifications. The project is also in line with the specific objectives of the project selection process and will enhance the ability of employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, aging as it provides for training Acquisition of the 2nd and 3rd degree of professional qualification, training in Key Competence 2 - "Communication in foreign languages" and training in key competences 4 - "Digital Competence". The activities envisaged under the project are aimed at raising and updating the knowledge, skills and competencies of the employees of Ingiliz Group LTD, by providing training for acquiring professional qualification and key competencies, achieving the results set out in the project is directly related to the achievement of The objectives and indicators set for investment priority 6.
