Vocational training and development of key competencies of the employees of "Unikat models" SD

"Unikat models" SD is a leader in the production of high quality clothing for export in Northern Bulgaria. The company achieves high quality of its services through investments into increasing the qualification of the employees and improving the working conditions at the workplace. One of the main goals of Unikat Models SD is the development of human resourses in order to ensure higher employment, incomes and social integration so that we can maintain the capacity of our employees. This project contributes to creating conditions for raising the professional competitions and qualification of employed persons. The focus is on training for people over 54years old and people with lower education. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons Profession: - 5421101 "Tailor" - I degree of professional qualification - 15 employees; - 840090 "Driver for public transport", for part of qualification 8400902 "Internal and international transportation" - I degree of professional qualification - 1 employee; 2. For key competence 4 "Digital Competence" 23 persons divided into two groups; 3. For key competency 2 " Foreign languages communication" 11 persons. A project management team will be formed during the implementation of the project, which will be responsible for the administration of the project throughout the implementation period and will be undertaken for visualization and publicity. The project provides opportunities for employees to engage in trainings that will be tailored to modern learning trends and, in addition to acquiring professional and digital competences, will also lead to the personal growth of trainees. Quality training will invariably contribute to meeting the needs of The company for building a knowledge-based economy and for developing the potential of the employees, which is part of the staff policy of "Unikat model" SD.
