Increasing the qualification of the employees in "VIP - 2" LTD, by providing training

The project proposal is fully phosized and aims to increase the ability of the employees in VIP - 2 LTD to develop skills to meet the dynamics of the current labor market pace related to the rapid changes as a result of globalization, the current needs of the business, And information changes, an aging population, etc. The project is aimed at providing training for employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The training will correspond to the needs of the employer, the company's activity and the current needs of the business in the sector of trade with non-specialized stores with food, beverages and tobacco products. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for improving the professional qualification of the profession "Seller-consultant"; -Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in foreign languages"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities are for training and providing equal opportunities to the representatives of the project target group - 15 employees. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal, increasing the ability of the employed to meet the changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and their competitiveness. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: - increased adequacy of the employees' employment skills, taking into account the current needs of the business; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment.
