Enhancement of the professional qualification and competencies of employees in Complex oncology center - Ruse EOOD

Operational programme „Human resources development” 2014-2020. actively contributes for the achievement of the goals of “Europe 2020” strategy in the area of employment and the fight against poverty and social exclusion.One of the measures in this direction is the improvement of the access to lifelong learning for all ages in formal, informal and unofficial way, updating of the knowledge, skills and competences of the labour force, as well as promoting of flexible learning processes also through professional guidance and validation of the acquired skills. By the present project “COMPLEX ONCHOLOGY CENTER - RUSE” EOOD (COC- RUSE EOOD) aims to increase the knowledge and skills of part of its stuff and this way to contribute to the prevention of their employment, as well as to improve the working environment in the hospital. In order to achieve its goals, the following activities are planned in the project: 1) Trainings for acquiring of second degree of professional qualification for 14 employees; 2) Trainings for acquiring of third degree of professional qualification for 15 employees; 3) Trainings for acquiring of key competences for 64 employees; The expected main result of the project activities is improvement of the patient care and optimization of the working process, as well as enhancing the professional skills of the employees. The actual results of the project will be: - Trainings passed and certificates awarded for professional qualification second degree for professions: Nurse, Paramedic, Financial accountant, for the successfully passed persons. - Trainings passed and certificates awarded for professional qualification third degree for professions: Health Assistant and Office Manager for the successfully passed persons. - Trainings for acquiring of key competences and certificates awarded for the successfully passed persons.
