Training for "Stenli-03" OOD Employees

With this project proposal the company aims to overcome problems related to the lack of qualification of some of the people employed at "Stenli-03" OOD or related to the need their qualification to be improved. Thus the company is going to provide the employed the opportunity to adapt to the changes on the labour market by acquiring "usable" knowledge and skills and create the conditions for job sustainability and improvement ofthe quality of jobs. The target group of the project consists of 29 employees of "Stenli-03" OOD who are directly involved in the company activities. According to the Applicant Guide at least 50% of the target group are going to be persons above 54 years of age and or with secondary education or lower. With the project "Stenli-03" OOD is going to provide vocational training for the qualification for: Profession 522010 Electrical engineering, specialty 5220109 Electrical installations Profession 582030 Construction, specialty 5820303 Reinforcement and concrete Profession 582030 Construction, specialty 5820306 Inside facing and flooring Profession 582040 Stroitel - installer, specialty 5820402 Metal constructions Profession 582040 Construction - installer, specialty 5820405 Insulation in building; The training will be for 29 of the company employees, employed in - the construction of electrical installations and in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The expected results from the implementation of the project and, in particular, its one activity are: Acquired or increased qualification for majors: - "Electrical installations" of 8 employees; - "Reinforcement and concrete" for 5 employees; - "Internal cladding and flooring" per 5 employees; - "Metal structures" of 6 employees; - "Insulation in the construction" of 5 employees; Raising career development opportunities; Improving the quality and sustainability of workplaces.
