Ensuring sustainable employment and high quality jobs for employees of BDIN BG COM LTD

"BDIN BG COM" LTD is an intensely developing company operating in the sector 61.10 telecommunication activity through fixed networks. BDIN BG COM Ltd. is a licensed cable operator for the construction, maintenance and use of cable telecommunication network for distribution of radio and television signals, data transmission, Internet access and VPN services on the territory of Vidin and the region.The services provided by the company are well received by the clients, the demand is great. The company is experiencing a sharp shortage of quality workforce needed to secure the normal workflow and to cover the shortage of experts in the company's team. In order to meet the requirements of its users and to maintain a high standard of market behavior, the necessity of carrying out vocational training and English language training of the personnel employed in the company. The professional qualifications of the employees do not meet the requirements of the positions they hold. As a result of the implementation of this project, 62 employees will undergo training in vocational qualification and key competence, as a result of which their adequacy and skills will be upgraded according to the current needs of the company. This in turn will lead to increased labor productivity, creating conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs.Providing appropriate skills and competences are fundamental to retaining and enhancing career development opportunities for employees in the company. In order to meet the ever-increasing requirements and skills to work with the new information and communication technologies, as well as their knowledge of foreign language, 62 people will be trained in vocational training and foreign language training as follows: 12 persons Communication systems technician, 20 persons Communication systems technician, 15 persons Information security operator and 14 persons Cashier.
