Higher qualification in the company KRUMOVI-69 - GEORGI GEORGIEV

The present project proposal is aimed at improving the professional qualification and acquisition of key competencies of the working people under a labor contract in the company KRUMOVI-69 - GEORGI GEORGIEV. This fully corresponds to the priorities set in HRD OP 2014 - 2020, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, upgrading the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce as well as promoting flexible learning processes, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competencies. In the company KRUMOVI-69 - GEORGI GEORGIEV work on 40 contracts Persons. In order to increase their educational level and professional and key competencies, the following trainings are envisaged: - Training of 15 persons by profession 811060 "Restaurant", specialty 8110602 "Production and service in restaurants and entertainment" - III DPQ. - Training of 15 persons per Profession 811060 "Restaurant", specialty 8110603 "Catering" - III DPQ - Training of 10 persons by Profession 541030 "Bakery-confectioner", specialty "Bread and bakery products" - code 5410301 - II DPQ. - Training of 40 persons in Key Competency 2: Communication in foreign languages ​​- English, 3 levels of training. The aim of the project is to increase the qualification and skills of a total of 40 employees in the company. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conduct training to acquire key competencies. 3. Information and publicity. 4. Organization and management. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the actual needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Hire better quality jobs.
