The project "Training will Raise our Qualification and Success" has as its main objective "To provide opportunities for the employees of Twi Bulgaria EOOD to increase their occupational skills and abilities in the field of transport. To achieve the overall goal, the following MCs are formulated: 1. To provide the opportunity for formation of new knowledge and skills and the acquisition of a professional square for a total of 134 employees in a promising area for professional realization, such as tourism. 2. To provide the opportunity to form key competences for communication in a foreign language to a total of 136 p. employed by Twe Bulgaria EOOD. These goals will be achieved through the realization of the following: 1. Conducting training for acquiring professional qualification of the employees in the company. 2. Conducting training on key foreign language competence of the company's employees. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) the company from Varna will increase the area of ​​its staff; 2) A total of 136 per.(of which at least 50% of them with secondary and / or lower education) in the company occupying different positions will acquire the 3rd qualification degree in the following professions: - 134 p. from the positions - operational activity, hotel services, excursions, manager, finance, business development, human resources, administration, marketing, are expected to undergo training to acquire a profession 812010 Organizer of tourist agency, 8120101 Or. of tourism and free Time - III SPC - 136 p.
