Successful sales by raising the qualifications of employees

The current project is aimed at achieving objectives closely related to the strategic goal of HRD OP, namely to improve the quality of life of people by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality Education and lifelong learning, and enhancing social inclusion. The improvement of the professional qualification and the key competencies of the employees of Campus 2011, Tempo Vision Bulgaria EOOD and Tempos 2011 EOOD are important investments in the human capital. It will lead to an improvement in the quality of the services offered by the company, which in turn will increase the business results of the company and will affect the remuneration of the employees. This will strengthen the competitive position of the company on the labor market and create the conditions for achieving higher levels of employment and sustainable economic growth, not only at company level, but at sectoral and market level. The objectives of this project correspond to the objectives of the OP 1 "Improving Access to Employment and the Quality of Workplaces" as they encourage Bulgarian employers, in particular the three companies Campus 2011, Tempo Vision Bulgaria EOOD and Tempo 2011, Ltd. to investments in human resources development, as a major factor for increasing the productivity and competitiveness of the company in the field of trade in sporting goods. Through the planned activities to promote the results of the project, the employers' awareness will be raised about the importance of the continuous improvement of the skills and competencies of the personnel, which is one of the long-term goals of the HRD OP. This also applies to employees themselves, whose advanced knowledge and skills will allow them to be more flexible, adaptable and competitive in the dynamically changing labor market on a national and European scale.
