Prosperity through the improvement of the human capital of TechNet EOOD, Tempo Sport Group EOOD and Sporting BG EOOD

The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competencies of the personnel in companies logically and technologically connected to the same economic activity - TechNet EOOD, Tempo Sport Group EOOD and Sporting BG EOOD. Its implementation will contribute to the parallel improvement of occupational and key skills of the workforce - an essential factor for increased labor potential, higher quality and labor productivity. The project will also meet the needs of staff to master professional and language skills that will improve their professional profile. The policy for continuous human resource development in the three related companies also forms the project objectives that are relevant to Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs" of the HRD OP and the specific objectives of Investment Priority (IP) 6 to improve Lifelong learning opportunities, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes. In the aspect of the specific objectives of the IP 6 are the objectives of the project to minimize the discrepancies in the labor characteristics of the employees with the technological changes or the lack of modern professional or key skills, corresponding to the needs of the companies. Training is planned for part of the profession of a total of 85 workers and acquisition of foreign language competencies to 85 of the persons employed in the 3 companies. Qualitative and up-to-date training will motivate lifelong learning to acquire knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-time work and decent wages. With the financial support under the "Training of Employees" procedure, OPHRD will achieve the expectations for improved professional and key knowledge and skills, opportunities for career and professional development of the trained persons, as well as for increased competitiveness, financial and market position of the participating companies.
