"Improving the professional qualifications, knowledge and skills of employees in "Marineli Build" Ltd."

The project "Improving the professional qualification, knowledge and skills of the employees of MARINELI BUILD Ltd." aims to increase the ability, expertise and professional qualification of employees in the company. In response to modern challenges, such as the rapid changes in the labour market as a result of structural factors - globalization, technological change, population aging, within the project will be provided vocational training and trainings on key competencies of the employees in MARINELI BUILD Ltd. Through the realization of the project activities, the quality of the provided labour force, as well as the labour productivity of the company will be improved. The project envisages achievement of the provided goals and results, through the following activities: 1. Providing vocational training for acquiring or improving the professional qualification of employed persons; 2. Training for acquire key competencies for employees, related to the Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence", under the European Qualifications Framework. In the process of implementation of the project will be executed parallel activities related to the project organization and management and information and communication activities. As a result of the implementation of the project, 195 employees of the company will be covered by their participation in vocational training under part of the third degree of professional qualification by profession "Modeling Technologist of Clothing", code 542040, specialty "Design, Modeling and Clothing Technology by Textile, code 5420401, the target group will also participate in Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence".
