Improving the foreign language competences of Elektron Progress' emplyees

The implementation of this project will help to meet the need ot Electron Progress to increase labour productivity and the quality of the personnel by improving the knowledge and skills of employees. The overall objective of the project is to improve the foreign language competences of 41 individuals in the company by conducting Key Competencies 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English, German and French. Implementation of the project will contribute for achieving the following positive impacts for the company and the target group (the employees involved in training): - will increase efficiency of the communication process /both oral and writeen/ with customers, partners and suppliers by improving knowledge in English, French and German( most common used foreign languages within the company), which will facilitate the emplyees daily work and will make them more efficient. - will imrpove the quality of work and the services provided through investment in additional qualification -Will increase the motivation and confidence of the trainees who, as a result of the training, will be better able to develop their potential and grow a career. The target group of the project include 41 emplyees working in a priority economic sector, based on high technologies, where good foreign language skills are key to the successful fulfillment of their job responsibilities. Main project activities relate to organization and implementation of trainings for acquiring Key Competence 2: Communication in foreign languages, as well as project management activities and communication and information activities.
