Better jobs in Gopet Trans Ltd by investing in training

The project aims at enhancing the professional qualification and key competencies of the employees of Gopet Trans Ltd which will satisfy the needs to increase the quality and productivity of labor as a factor for high competitiveness and sustainable employment in the enterprise. The target group of the project includes 70 employees in the enterprise, of which 15 persons over 54 years of age and 20 persons with a lower education level than ISCED 4. The main activities of the project are related to organizing and conducting trainings on professional qualification and key competences as follows: training for acquiring professional qualification - third degree - specialty "Road transport operation" for 20 employees; Training to acquire Key competency 2 "Foreign language communication" for 20 employees, training for Key competency 4 Digital competence for 30 employees. In addition to the main activities, Gopet Trans will perform the necessary project organization and management activities and the necessary information and communication activities in accordance with the conditions and requirements described in the Beneficiary's Unified Handbook on the Application of Information and Communication Rules. The overall objective of the project is to increase labor productivity and the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company, as well as to create conditions for sustainable employment through inclusion in training relevant for the respective position. The expected results are: - 20 trained employees under the profession "Operator of Road Transport", third degree - 20 trained persons with an acquired level of English proficiency and 30 Trained persons with an acquired level of digital competence - increased motivation to work; - Improved efficiency and productivity of the enterprise
