Training in high professionalism and sustained employment at Izida LBH EOOD

IZIRA Lease and Brokerage House EOOD, with head office in Pazardzhik, is a proven insurance broker, which has managed to build up serious trust among its customers - Bulgarian and foreign natural and legal persons, providing them with reliable protection against the risks they are faced with, and has warranted their safety and tranquility. For over 10 years the company has insured household property and the property of small, medium and corporate businesses, agricultural machinery and production, life insurance, civil liability, automobile, etc. The dynamically developing highly competitive insurance sector and the introduction of new insurance products to the Bulgarian market necessitate improvement in the professional competence and suitability of the employees engaged in the provision of insurance services. Any support for the employers, through the BG05M9OP001-1.021 "Employee Training" procedure, which aims to enhance the ability of employees to face the emerging labour market changes resulting from globalization, technological changes and the aging of the population, will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in the current project proposal of the applicant are directed towards increasing the adequacy of the knowledge, skills and competence of 60 employees of the company, namely: 1. Provide training to 58 labour agreement employees for acquiring the professional qualification under specialty 3430102 “Insurance” (IIIrd Degree of Professional Qualification), profession 343010 “Financier”, from the professional field 343 "Finance, Banking and Insurance” from the LPVET. 2. Provide English language training - Key Competence 2 "Foreign language teaching", according to the European Qualifications Framework to 60 labour agreement employees. 3.
