Increase of labor productivity and creation of conditions for sustainable employment through training of employees working in DI AY DI- BUILDING Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at improving, increasing and updating the knowledge and competencies of the employees in "DiDBuilding" Ltd. by organizing and providing vocational education and training. DID Building Ltd, Shumen was registered in October 2004. The company is developing and specializing in the field of construction - dry interior and exterior construction and related activities (painting, plastering, wiring, etc.). Additional business is focused on wholesale and retail of building materials. The company has its own base, including warehouse with office spaces. At present, there are 19 employees in the company including 14 construction workers covered in several positions and 5 support and administrative staff. According to the educational level of the executive staff 2 of the employees acquired higher education and 17 (nearly 90%) have secondary and lower education. Among those with a lower education level than ISCED 4 there are also 3 employees over 54 years of age. The following activities will be accomplished to achieve the enterprise's objectives: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of the persons employed by DiDBuilding Ltd. In order to properly administer and manage the project and ensure publicity and information about its progress, it is envisaged that the project activities will be assumed by the Company Manager as Project Manager.
