The project "Investments for Increasing the Quality of the Workforce in DELTA TEXTILE BULGARIA" Ltd. aims to improve the quality of the workforce provided by the employees of DELTA TEXTILE BULGARIA EOOD, which will increase the opportunities for lifelong learning of the selected target groups important for the company's production. It will also update the knowledge and skills of the employees in the enterprise by promoting flexible learning processes, including for professional competence and it will validate the acquired competences. There are 674 employees in the enterprise and 120 of them will be included in the target groups for vocational training and key competency training. Above 70% of the representatives of the target groups have an education level lower than ISCED 4. A target group of 60 people will receive training in two professions: 1. "Operator in textile production", code: 542030 - 45 people 2. "Tailor", code 542110 - 15 people 3. Middle management staff using English in reporting and documentation will receive education on Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - 30 people 4. Middle management staff using digital reporting in the work process will receive education on Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" - 30 people. For more effective implementation of the project, a managment team which will carry out the activities for project managment and organization as well as information and communication activities. The expected results will be visible even during the project implementation and the direct benefits will be for the employess of DELTA TEXTILE - BULGARIA as well as for the company.
