"Professional Qualification for Human Resources Development in Eko Forest Group Ltd

The experience shows that qualification level of the workers in Bulgaria notes durable trend f decreasing and demotion. The main reason of that is the emigration during the years of transition of educated and trained people, mainly the young, which is a fatal disaster for Bulgarian economy. That’s why the raising of quality workers’ resources is a priority for „Eko Forest Group”Ltd. Our company policy tries to increase the productivity of the labor by creating conditions of developing professional skills and abilities of the employee. The effectiveness of its workers, selected by requirement for this position. The main factor developing company’s competitive is workers’ education. Realization of the project "Professional Qualification for Human Resources Development in Eko Forest Group Ltd is going to provide higher and more qualify employment by increasing the skills of workers, suitable with the current needs of our company. For that purpose, 55 workers is going to be educated for second professional qualification degree according their occupation "Woodworking Operator", Specialty "Woodworking, Packaging and Parquet Production". The project will help for modernizing their knowledge, skills, abilities and competitive of the workers. The project aims to cope with the changes connected with integration of Bulgarian labor market to European market and entering of new modern, information and communication technology.
