Training for professional development

The project proposal is aimed to raising the qualification of employees of "Sesburger Informatic" Ltd., by conducting trainings of 145 employees for acquiring professional qualification and key competences, developing its main activity in a priority sector under the procedure with code 62.01- Computer programming. The activities included in the project proposal are two types of professional training and two types of key competencies. 88 persons will be trained both in vocational training and in key competencies. The trainings are: 1. Professional training of 95 employees for acquiring professional qualification for a part of a profession in a third degree with a duration of training 600 hours /45 min./:  * "Programmer" - Specialty "System Programming", part of profession-III qualification degree of 40 persons;  * "Computer systems technician" - specialty "Computer networks", part of the profession - III degree qualification of 55 persons. 2.Course of Key Competencies 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" with a duration of 300 hours /45 min./ hours of 138 employees:  * German - 116 persons;  * English - 22 persons. The trainings will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the National legislation and the training organizations will be selected according to the PMS160/2016. Successful graduates will be issued a document certifying the acquired qualification and a language proficiency certificate. The selection of the trainings in the project proposal is determined by the employer's needs to increase their qualification for the professional performance of the daily work obligations of the target group. Activities (up to 10% of direct costs) will also be implemented: - Organization and project management activities; - Information and communication activities fulfilling the conditions and requirements of the Beneficiary's Unified Handbook for implementing the information and communication rules 2014-2020.
