Raising the qualification of employees of Kaloyan VT Ltd.

This project, aimed at enhancing the professional qualification and key competencies of the employees in Kaloyan VT Ltd., will satisfy the need to raise the quality and productivity of labor as a factor for high competitiveness and sustainable employment in the enterprise. The project target group includes 76 employees, of which 65 persons have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4, and 3 of them are over 54 years. The main activities of the project are related to organizing and conducting trainings on professional qualification and key competences, as follows: training for acquiring second degree in the "Waiter-Bartender" and "Cook" professions and for acquiring part of a profession in third degree qualification By profession "Animation in tourism" for a total of 62 people and training to acquire key competency 4: Digital competence for all 76 employees. In addition, the company will carry out the necessary activities for organizing and managing the project, as well as for information and communication. The overall objective of the project is to increase the productivity of the employees and the adequacy of the skills of the employees in Kaloyan VT Ltd., as well as to create conditions for sustainable employment through inclusion in training relevant for the respective position. The expected results of the project are: - 22 persons, who have gained the second degree in "Waiter-Bartender" specialty: "Catering to public catering establishments"; - 36 persons, who have acquired a second degree in the profession "Cook", specialty: "Production of culinary products and beverages"; - 4 persons, who have acquired part of a profession in a third qualification degree in the "Animation in tourism" specialty: "Tourist animation"; - 76 people undergoing training in KC 4 with improved computer skills; - increased motivation to work; - improved efficiency and productivity in the company.
