Education of employees in BCC-95 Ltd

The present project is the next following step in the strategy and the resulting actions of BCC-95 Ltd for human resources development in the enterprise and specifically through trainings of the employed persons. The project aims at acquiring new knowledge and skills of employees in BCC 95 Ltd. In accordance with the current needs of the enterprise in providing equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all ages and with different educational groups. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: 1. Ensuring the access of the members of the target group to quality jobs through vocational training by profession 521010 Machine technician, specialty 5210105 Machines and systems with CNC - third qualification degree. 2. Achieving sustainable employment and job mobility as a result of the training. The project will be implemented through the main envisaged activity "Vocational training of employed persons for acquisition or improvement of the professional qualification in the specialty Machines and CNC systems (third qualification degree). As a result of the project: 1.It will be performed training for a third qualification degree in the professional specialty "Machines and systems with CNC" 32 employees of BCC-95 Ltd. 2. It will be received a certificate for the qualification for a third qualification degree in the professional specialty "Machinery and CNC systems "from a minimum of 28 employees of BCC-95 Ltd. 3. Access will be made to a minimum of 28 employees for quality jobs. 4. Job mobility will be achieved. 5. Increase the employability of the enterprise
