Training for employees in DIPOL Ltd.

The project is aimed at providing training for the acquisition of the professional qualification and key competencies of employees in DIPOL Ltd. The company's management is constantly striving to increase the knowledge and skills of its employees, to create sustainable employment and to offer ever higher quality jobs . DIPOL Ltd. does not cease to develop, aiming to expand its production activities in production. Of furniture and the need for skilled staff in the field of woodworking is from Importance for achieving their short and long-term goals. The project will enable the persons employed in DIPOL EOOD to acquire professional qualification and competencies for the implementation of activities of which there is a current need in the company. The target group is 17 employees in DIPOL EOOD, working under an employment relationship, with more than 50% of the target group being of the following specific categories: - complete educational level lower than ISCED 4-7 persons. - employed persons aged over 54 years - 2 persons. The following are planned for realization: Activity 1: Providing vocational training for acquiring the professional qualification of employed persons from the target group - the result is the acquisition of a third degree of professional qualification of 17 employees; Activity 2: Key competences training for employees of the target group according to the European Qualifications Framework for Key Competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages". Is the acquisition of knowledge and skills in English for 17 employees. Activity 3: Organization and management of the project with the result ensuring effective organization of project implementation; Action4: Information and publicity resulting in information and publicity measures in line with the requirements for implementing information rules.
