The "Learning is knowledge" project has as its main objective "To give employees in Lomsko pivo AD the opportunity to increase their professional qualification and skills in the field of trade. To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: 1. To provide the opportunity for the formation of new knowledge and skills and the acquisition of professional qualification of a total of 125 employees in a perspective area for professional realization, such as trade. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting training for acquiring professional qualification of the employees in the company. 2. Conduct training on key foreign language competence of the company's employees By implementing this activity, the following results will be achieved: 1) the company from Sofia will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) A total of 125 persons employed (of which at least 50% of them with secondary and / or lower education) in the company occupying different positions will acquire the 3rd qualification degree in the following profession: - 66 persons from the positions - Chief of Workshop, Chief of Production, Accountant, Sales Representative, Supplier, Shopkeeper, Seller, Dealer, Manager, etc. Envisages to undergo training for the acquisition of a profession "Economist" (code 345120, specialty "Trade with code 3451202"), - 59 persons from the positions - operator, technician, locksmith, etc. (Code 541010), specialty "Production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages" (code 5410106), is to be trained for the acquisition of a profession "Technician in the food industry" - 125 persons will undergo training in key competency in a foreign language. 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the labor market employees, meeting the needs of the business sector in the sphere of trade.
