"Improving the skills and competencies of the employees in Kofein BG Ltd. and Karol Ltd."

KOFEIN BG LTD is an intensely developing company operating in the sector of "tourism, hotels and restaurants". The company owns and manages the largest shopping center in Southwestern Bulgaria, as well as restaurants and entertainment facilities in Blagoevgrad. The partner of the project "KAROL" Ltd. is a company, which also performs its activity in the sector of "tourism, hotel and restaurant management". Companies are experiencing a sharp shortage of quality workforce needed to ensure a normal workflow. The professional qualifications of the employees do not meet the requirements of the positions they hold. The strategies of the two companies are related to improving the activity of the companies by maintaining and raising the level of knowledge, professional skills and competences of the persons employed in them. The present project aims to increase the capacity of 65 persons employed in the employment relationship (52 persons are employed in KOFEIN BG LTD and 13 persons in KAROL Ltd) to meet the rapid changes in the labor market due to structural factors such as globalization, technological change, aging Of the population. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the following activities and measures: training of the candidate and the partner to increase the professional qualification and labor productivity of 65 employees; Providing Key Competence Training - Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" under the European Qualifications Framework to improve the skills and competencies of 65 candidates for the candidate and partner. As a result of the implementation of the project, the target group will acquire knowledge and skills adequate to those demanded on the labor market which is an important prerequisite for creating conditions for sustainable employment, enhancing their career development opportunities, raising the quality of life And stimulating their competitiveness in a work environment.
