Improving the quality of jobs at EUROMETAL STROY JSC

EUROMETAL STROY JSC has a long story and experience in the construction of residential, administrative buildings, sports halls and facilities, constructions from the transport infrastructure/stops/ including factory chimneys and installations/gas-pipelines/, production of metal structures and cold-bent profiles /pavilions/.The company has high technology equipment as well as and great procurement team. EUROMETAL STROY JSC has registered on the CPRB for registered builders with prot. N 0992_16.02.2017 and certified according to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015,BS OHSAS 18001:2007,BGS EN1090-1:2009 A1:2012, NA 2013. The production base is located on Yana-Station. As a result of the global economic and world crisis, in 2015 and 2016 the company has 1 employee, laying the foundations for employing more employees on the future. During 2017 people was hired in stages and a the time of application, a total list of employee is 76 people. With the present project proposal we apply for funding to train and enhance the qualification of 41 of the employees employed in EUROMETAL STROY JSC . We foresee that the target group include Secondary education and/or lower/ persons, one person with disabilities, two young people under 29, ten over 54. We have experienced difficulties in finding qualified personnel in the metalworking, in part welding metal components in the construction for builds.That is why we would like to train employees for work in the Argon welding field and for accurate, responsible welding of pipes in compliance with all eco-standards for environmental protection and safety for human health. We want to provide them with equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups by upgrading the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce by promoting and implementing flexible forms of training, including through vocational guidance and validation of knowledge and skills.This will enable them to secure their permanent employment and further professional realization.
