Enhancing the skills and competencies of employees in "LS Komers" Ltd

LS Commerce Ltd. Has been operating since 1994, over time has evolved and established itself as one of the preferred partners with over 3000 clients. Main activities of the applicant are related to distribution and logistics of goods, with over 160 employees in the company. The main positions are drivers, cashiers and sales representatives, most of them are people with secondary education or over 54 years old. The idea of ​​this project proposal is precisely those people who are given the opportunity for further qualification and enhancement of key competencies. Achieving the project objectives will contribute to better career development opportunities, prevention of poverty risk, social inequality and exclusion from active labor activity. The project is based on two different groups of competencies that interact and are supposed to be mastered at the same time: • Professional competencies - related to the professional knowledge, skills and abilities that the employees of the company must have And • Key Competencies - skills required for everyone who is busy in any situation. The project envisages the following activities: 1. "Training for acquiring professional qualification"; 2. "Providing Key Competence Training"; A management team will be formed under the project. The team will be responsible for the management, and will implement visualization and publicity measures. Completing the activities will ensure the professional qualification of 60 employees and 114 employees increase their digital competencies.
