Up to date knowledge, skills and competences by training employees at Mega Electronics AP OOD

Mega Electronics–AP OOD has as its main activity the construction and servicing of ventilation and heating systems for industrial, administrative and residential buildings. The dynamically developing service sector and, above all, the market penetration of new energy-saving technologies and products require for improved professional competence of the employees involved in constructing and maintaining the systems and of the employees engaged with organizing the company's activities, marketing and supplies. Any support for the employers, through the BG05M9OP001-1.021"Employee Training" procedure, which aims to enhance the ability of employees to face the emerging labour market changes resulting from globalization, technological changes and the aging of the population, will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in the current project proposal of the applicant are directed to increase the adequacy of the knowledge, skills and competence of the employees, at least 50% of whom are over 54 years of age or do not have education higher than secondary, of the company, namely: 1.Provide training to 32 employees to acquire the professional qualification under specialty 5220409 "Heating, Air-conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Technologies", for the profession 522040 "Power Equipment and Installations Fitter" from the professional field 522 "Electrical and Power Engineering" 522 from the LPVET 2.Provide training to 9 employees to acquire the professional qualification under the specialty 3450401 "Business services", for the profession "Business services assistant" from the professional field 345 "Management and Administration" from the LPVET 3 Provide English language training - Key Competence 2 "Foreign language communications", according to the European Qualifications Framework for 55 employees 4.Information and communication 5.Project organization and management
