Opportunities for vocational training and high quality employment at Atrim EOOD

ATRIM EOOD is engaged in the field of industrial, public and residential construction. In the course of renovation and finishing works of buildings, which is the main scope of the company activities, it uses modern technologies, machines and equipment. The dynamic and highly competitive market in the field of construction, as well as the application of innovative construction technologies and the use of modern materials necessitate improvement in the professional qualification of the employees and workers directly involved in construction, fitting and repair works. Any support for the employers, through the BG05M9OP001-1.021 "Employee Training" procedure, which aims to enhance the ability of employees to face the emerging labour market changes resulting from globalization, technological changes and the aging of the population, will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in the current project proposal of the applicant are directed to increase the adequacy of the knowledge, skills and competence of 60 employees of the company, namely: 1. Provide training to 30 labour agreement employees for acquiring the professional qualification under specialty 5820305 “Rendering and Puttying” (IInd Degree of Professional Qualification), profession 582030 “Construction Worker”, from the professional field 582 "Building, Engineering and Construction” from the LPVET. 2. Provide training to 30 labour agreement employees for acquiring the professional qualification under specialty 5820405 “Insulation in Construction” (IInd DPQ), profession 582040 Constructor Worker – Installer”, from the professional field 582 "Building, Engineering and Construction” from the LPVET. 3.
