Training and qualification for better jobs

The main objective of the project is to create conditions for providing training for acquiring professional qualifications, skills and key competences for the employees in the applicant organisation which will contribute to increasing the overall competitiveness of the employees on the labour market and will improve their adaptability to the dynamically changing factors influencing labour supply and demand. The acquisition of new skills by the employees will enhance labour productivity and provide an additional prerequisite for a longer and beneficial employment activity of most of them. This project also aims to make a real contribution to the pan-European lifelong learning initiative and to promote permanent investment in knowledge and improvement of human capital, which in turn contributes to transforming the Bulgarian economy into an economy based on sustainable, inclusive and intelligent growth. The objectives of the project will be achieved by the implementation of the following specific activities: - Organizing and conducting of training for acquiring a second degree of professional qualification in “External Water Supply and Sewerage Networks”, professional field “Construction Engineering” - Organizing and conducting of training for the acquisition of a second degree of professional qualification in “Word Processing”, professional field “Applied Information Technology” - Organizing and conducting training for the acquisition of key competences in digital competence – “Skills for Obtaining Information and Transfer of Data/ Information in Internet Environment”.
