Training in Chugunoleene - Parvomay

“Chugunoleene – Parvomay” AD is an enterprise whose activity focuses on the moulding and processing of metals and design of machine production. The activity of the enterprise is growing and the increasing levels of export determine the need of a sufficient number of qualified employees who will actively engage in the production process. Hence the identified target group includes employees in the two enterprises engaged with production and processing of metals and design of machine production. A total number of 30 employees from both enterprises will be trained, 3 of which educated at a primary education level and 27 at a secondary level with 9 persons being above 54 years of age. The persons in question will be trained in the following professional tracks: from 10 persons for the profession “Moulder”, code 521120, “Moulding” specialisation, code 5211201; 10 persons for the profession “Locksmit”, code 521110, “Locksmith” specialization, code 5211101, and 10 persons for profession “Electrician”, code 522020, “Electrical machines and devices” specialization, code 5220201. Via the completion of vocational training the project aims at enhancing the qualification of the persons employed in the respective positions which, as a result, will contribute to the improvement of working efficiency, quality and speed. In addition, training of the already employed persons will facilitate the overcoming of the problem with the lack of qualified personnel in the steel, machine and metalworking industry. The end result will be the improvement of competitiveness of the enterprise on the internal, as well as on the international market. The implementation of the project will also contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the „Employee Training - Component II “project selection process: to increase the ability of employees to meet the rapid changes in the labour market due to structural factors such as globalization, technological change and aging.
