TRAINING OF EMPLOYED PERSONS IN BORNIK

The applicant is a small enterprise in the economic sector C "Manufacturing". The staff is 21 persons, 85.7% of whom do not have modern skills and qualifications - the main reason for problems in the labor market. The project includes 21 people from the target group of employees: 18 with secondary or lower level of education and 3 persons with higher education, including 2 persons over 54 years of age. Our main objective is to develop skills for an adequate response to the participants in the target group of the dynamic changes in the requirements for the workforce and the current needs of BORNIK -Borislav Genchev ET by conducting two qualification and training for Key Competence 2. The specific objectives for its achievement are: 1. Increasing the professional skills of 18 employees with secondary or lower level of education through training in the profession "Bakery confectioner" and "Worker in the food industry"; 2. Providing flexible processes and equal access to lifelong learning for all ages and different educational groups in the enterprise; 3.To achieve better integration in the work environment, sustainable employment and better quality jobs through key competency training of 3 target groups. The following activities will be performed: 1. Providing vocational training for acquiring the second degree of professional qualification of employed persons; 2. Providing vocational training for acquiring I degree professional qualification of employed persons; 3.Training for the acquisition of key competencies for employees according to the European Qualifications Framework. As a result, 14 participants will acquire II PPS by profession "Bakery-confectioner"; 4 person I PPS by profession "Worker in the food industry" and 3 persons Skills in Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages - English", developing proactive social and economic behavior.
