Professional development in " OVIS - 2005 " Ltd.

This project proposal will provide an opportunity for the employees in "Ovis-2005" Ltd, who are on a labor contract and have a secondary or lower level of education, to take part in training courses and training in digital Competence. Thus, the enterprise sets a major goal, which is to create the opportunity for permanent employment and the acquisition of professional experience in the field of modern trade. The project will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market, namely people of working age with secondary or lower education. After passing the trainings, they will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of the business. This will make it easier to adapt to the working conditions and create an opportunity for better career development. Achieving the objectives and results of the project will be achieved through the following activities: - Second degree professional training, Specialty "Sales Consultant", which will take part in the 14 persons employed in the company and - Key competency training 4 - "Digital skills", in which 14 employees in the company will take part. New knowledge and skills will be acquired within the project and existing ones will be built. "Ovis-2005" Ltd. will provide an opportunity for development of human resources, thus indirectly improving their social and civic life. The applicant expects to achieve a long-term effect on the target group and the overall activity of the company after the realization of the project activities. The long-term effect will be achieved through the accumulation of knowledge and professional competencies that will create the conditions for sustainable employment and respectively the employment of better quality jobs.
