The present project aims at improving the professional competence and competence of some of the staff in 3 related to different but logically and technologically related economic activities - BULMARKET DM OOD, PORT BULMARKET EAD and BULMARKET REILE CARGO EOOD. Its implementation will contribute to the parallel improvement of occupational and key skills of the workforce - an essential factor for increased labor potential, higher quality and labor productivity. The project will also meet the needs of staff to master professional, language or digital skills that will improve their professional profile. The policy for continuous human resource development in the three related companies also forms the project objectives that are relevant to Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and quality of jobs" of the HRD OP and the specific objectives of Investment Priority (IP) 6 to improve the Lifelong learning opportunities, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes. In the aspect of the specific objectives of the IP 6 are the objectives of the project to minimize the discrepancies in the labor characteristics of the employees with the technological changes or the lack of modern professional or key skills, corresponding to the needs of the companies. Training is planned for part of the profession of a total of 210 workers and acquisition of digital or foreign language competencies for 120 of the persons employed in the 3 companies. Qualitative and up-to-date training will motivate lifelong learning to acquire knowledge and skills, provide conditions for full-time work and decent wages.
